Mistress Chloe finds Whitney sulking naked and alone. Whitney admits that she's sad so Chloe asks her if she wants to play a game. After she reluctantly agrees, Chloe quickly cuffs her hands behind her back and informs her that she's being placed under arrest for being depressed. Before Whitney can protest, Chloe's fluttering fingers force her body into a frenzy, finding their way up her sides and into her armpits. Chloe tells Whitney that there's more to the game and orders her to close her eyes and open her mouth.
